Mental health is such an important issue because let’s be honest, the job search is tough. As a major transition, it can be one of the most stressful parts of life, and too many people are putting the focus on landing that next dream job and not enough focus on themselves. The result is often that we end up with more stress, and the job search can be prolonged even delaying our long term career happiness. Let’s turn that around today, by bringing the topic of wellbeing and mental health to the spotlight.
