Why you need to stop looking for a spark on first dates

What are the most important but underrated characteristics we should be looking for in a partner? And what qualities do we place too much emphasis on, that don't actually predict relationship satisfaction? How can we use the apps in a more productive way? We explore these questions and more with Logan Ury. Logan is a behavioral scientist turned dating coach and the author of How To Not Die Alone. Previously, Logan was the Director of Relationship Science at the dating app Hinge and she also ran Google’s behavioural science team—the Irrational Lab.
