In this episode I’m talking to the incredible author and weightlifter Poorna Bell, the mastermind behind the wonderful @seemystrong instragram sensation and of forthcoming book ‘stronger’. She’s been on my hit list for a while and we had a lovely chat from our respective homes whilst scoffing choccy biscuits and coffee.
