Ben is one of the founding members of Agrespect, set up to ensure diversity and inclusivity in the farming industry. I LOVED hearing about drag queens with freeholds, queer culture in Hereford and what happens when you unite the UK’s queer farming community in a WhatsApp group. Ben also shares his personal experience of growing up gay within a farming family and it's a beautiful episode x
