Pic Picot is the CEO and Founder of Pic's Peanut Butter has gone from operating out of his garage to running a multi-million-dollar factory which sees more than 20 thousand jars a day exported.


But before peanut butter, Pic had started probably more businesses than years I have been alive. Pic had a chat to me about his journey, what he has learnt over the years and how delegation enabled him to build his peanut butter empire.
