Lessons from Neverland. Finding New Reasons to Thrive After Loss with Melissa Hull

What would your reaction be if life made you deal with the most terrible tragedy any parent can face?

In today's episode, I'm joined by the Speaker, Author, and Master Coach, Melissa Hull. Dealing with emotionally painful experiences became normal early on in Melissa's life; her mother was diagnosed with cancer when she was ten years old, and her relationship with her father was far from being a loving and caring one. She is the author of "Lessons From Neverland," a book that narrates Melissa's journey of grief, self-compassion, and healing after the loss of her four-year-old son, Drew.

Throughout our conversation, you'll hear Melissa's grief journey, the tools that helped her stop judging and blaming herself, and where she got the strength to deal with the unimaginable, unwanted life that began after losing Drew. Melissa also talks about how she transformed an idea into her life's purpose, her focus on discovering the woman she knew she could become after the accident, and more.

Tune in and listen to episode 212 of Grief and Happiness, and let Melissa show you the path to new ways to thrive after loss.
