#59 Hugh Van Cuylenberg - The Resilience Project

Hugh Van Cuylenberg was number one on my bucket list for this podcast!

There aren't many people who I can really relate to when it comes to growing The Good Human Factory, Hugh is a massive exception to this.

For the last 12 years, he has been traveling around Australia inspiring students, sporting teams, and corporate groups with his incredible workshops and keynote. He has reached well over 1 million people and is changing the way so many treat their mental health.

Hugh has written two books which I highly recommend! The Resilience Project was his first and Let Go his second, both have been best sellers.

I am really grateful for Hugh's openness and vulnerability to share his story.

A few key topics in this chat

  • Growing up a happy kid in Melbourne
  • Finding out his sister has a mental illness
  • Travelling to India to volunteer
  • Discovering the power of Gratitude, Empathy, and Mindfulness.
  • Having no idea how to start a business
  • Making mistakes and learning from them
  • Scaling a business to help more people

I loved this chat and so will you!
