1% Pod - A Little Bit Everyday

Let this episode be a gentle reminder that we should all be doing something small for our mental health each day.


A few simple recommendations - Meditate, Gratitude, Nature walk, Coffee with a friend, Healthy lunch, Cold shower, Read a book, Listen to a motivational podcast. The list is endless but we need to make sure we do at least something regularly that makes us feel GOOD.
