17. Feet in the Clouds with Richard Askwith

Richard Askwith was in a dark, dodgy place in his early twenties. He discusses how deciding to go for a run one day was the beginning of his redemptive experience as well as the impetus to write his first award winning book ‘Feet in the Clouds’. His story of pitching himself against the mountains and fells of Cumbria has since led to other successful books. Yet running has remained a constant throughout his life and this humble fascinating chap is certainly a worthy and enriching listen.
