Let’s explore how stress and anxiety manifests in the body? what are the physical symptoms? sweaty palms? upset tummy? how does it effect sleep? how common is it? do we know the stats?
Stress affects us all one way or another, this episode explores why and how can be feeling signs of stress and anxiety without even realising it. I know I can ruminate thoughts over and over and quickly can spiral into a negative thought pattern.
Together we explore some personal stories, then Jad will guide us through an “affectionate breathing” meditation.
