Mindfulness Fridays - Lost & Stuck
In this episode we talk about one of my insecurities, and i don’t like the feeling of being stuck at all. Jad talks about the power of taking action; we often wait for something to be different or change. He also explains that we innately want to work towards feeling good. So chasing your dreams will make you feel for filled and happy. It’s a fear and self doubt that can get in the way. This meditation is awesome, it might sound a bit confronting at first, its called a “deathbed” meditation and and it really helps to put things into perspective.
