This week we delve into the world of relationships, and the importance of loving your body, with married couple Jemma and Billy aka @jemmas_health_hub and @dadoutsidethelines. Jemma is the woman behind The Hub - and produces online live exercise classes and a supportive network for women. Jemma speaks honestly about her own struggles and why exercise is so important for both her physical and mental health. Billy is the founder of Go Outside the Lines, which produces screen prints and cards for kids they can colour in, and is sharing his fatherhood journey on his Instagram page @Dadoutsidethelines.
