We opened this season with Audrey Hamilton days before she gave birth to her first baby and we are closing this season as she shares her birth story, breastfeeding and postpartum journey following the arrival of baby Beau. 

Here she talks to Sinead about how labour began, pain relief and Beau’s arrival, cracked nipples and forgetting breast pads at the recent awards.
