Jillian Michaels is a personal trainer, businesswoman, author, health and fitness expert and creator of the My Fitness by Jillian Michaels app who joins me on the podcast for some straight talking about health, fitness and the science of weight loss.


@jillianmichaels has guided millions to fitness via her workout DVDs, youtube channel and via her time on The Biggest Loser as a trainer. She is well-known for her straight-talking health and fitness advice, but she is also incredibly compassionate about how hard it can be to not only take the first step, but to maintain any health and fitness regime, which is why she tries to cater for everyone - so much so, she has a strategy to help anyone, regardless of motivation, fitness level and age.
