Anita Bhagwandas and Grace Timothy are writers and journalists who have created the Inclusivity in Media Directory that recognises the intersectional discrimination faced by black people, people of colour, people with disabilities and individuals from the LGBTQ+ communities within media.

In this episode they reveal how it all started, thanks to Frances McDormand's Oscar speech, with an inclusion rider and how the Black Lives Matter movement made create a directory for under-represented communities within the media.

This isn't just about representation within the media, but how this effort can be applied to any industry.
