There have been a lot of messages about habits in 2019 after the #26habits of 2018 so here we go with the first one...This is going to be different from #26habits, but will remain in the vein of how and why one should make or break a habit in the pursuit of happiness, being more organised, being fitter, being stronger - what your goal may be..?
