Habit 23 | Gratitude Journaling

We've journaled on this #26habits journey, but as the year hurtles to its end it feels as though my stress levels are rising and that a little perspective is in order, which is why this 23rd habit will be all about expressing gratitude.

There are so many known benefits to being, expressing and feeling grateful so let's see if it can serve to reset stress levels, temper frustrations and reduce that icky feeling that turns into a raised voice or muttered insult.
