Kelechi is holding it down in a wild world, while maintaining dignity and finesse in times which certainly call for it (though it can be a pure struggle). An ace chat branching out into everything from being a “dickhead in recovery”, the juggles of a new mum, the white supremacist patriarchy, the co-opting of phrases to diminish, how protests are defused, “tear singlet energy”, Yoruba, Lagos to Peckham, race transcendance, Haiti, the angry Black woman narrative, past trauma, tarot and creative arts - but as you can well imagine, that’s only the surface of the iceberg. Awesome work. Get into it.
