Our guest is Auckland-based Richard Conway who is an entrepreneur, mentor and investor and advisor for a range of high tech businesses. 

Having founded Pure SEO in 2009, as an ethical SEO specialist search agency tailored toward SME businesses, it is now one of the fastest-growing independent digital specialist search agencies in New Zealand. 

Pure SEO started with $200 and 13 years later has since been named in Deloitte’s Asia Pacific fastest-growing 500 technology companies for seven consecutive years and Deloitte’s Fast 50 2014 and 2015.  

Conway has grown the company to three Pure SEO offices across New Zealand, Australia and The Philippines. 

In 2012 wanting to connect with like-minded business owners and entrepreneurs, Conway joined the Accelerator Programme, through the Entrepreneurs Organisation NZ. 

Through the organisation, Conway had the opportunity to join other tech professionals for a weekend with Richard Branson on Necker Island. 

In 2014, Conway sold a share of Pure SEO to Ian Malcolm and Tony Falkenstein affording business growth.
