Why Is Primary School Day So Short?

PJ talks to journalist Mary McCarthy who says in countries like France the school day is longer, young kids get exposure to activities which broaden their mind and they like school more because of it. It's good for mum and dad too because they get a more rounded kid and organizing life is easier.
