ATTITUDE
Accept that you might need help
Take a deep BREATH inwards followed by an intentional out breath
Turn towards your physical sensations with curiosity
Intentional interest in how you are, not how you should be
Temperature Change: ‘diving reflex’ to regulate your overwhelm (i.e. cold shower)
Utilize your support network
Diary: keep a mood diary
Educate yourself about the impact of stress and particularly chronic stress
