How Neurodivergence Affected My Career Choice

This milestone episode is personal. I explain how my travels and early career development only played a small part in my choice of career. I'm a mom to three neurodivergent boys - something I don't often talk about because it's really none of anyone's business. However, in this episode I discuss how I had to approach the diagnosis process and reflect on how I grew up in a hurry, and how these things guided me back towards working with women who need to speak clearly and plainly to make an impact with their word. I talk about post partum depression, waitressing, having twins, and coffee in the Temple Bar Market. Have a listen to find out how this comes together to create my business.
