Leadership Is Not About You
Leaders must have inclusion as part of their arsenal today. We can create an inclusive culture. The key thing about culture is that we want the culture to change because we want behaviors to change. So if you want to shift in behavior, we need a shift in thinking.
In this episode, Kevin Withane speaks with Frances Frei and Anne Morriss, coauthors in life and work, whose most recent book, UNLEASHED: The Unapologetic Leader’s Guide to Empowering Everyone Around You, is the most definitive guide to leadership today. On the episode, they talk about:
- Inclusion being an essential part of leadership;
- The need for a foundation of trust; and
- The qualities of 27-year-olds.
