Achtung! Millwall 187: Millwall 2-0 West Bromwich Albion 06.04.19

We’re at that ‘business’ end of the season dear listeners and even though i described this as a ‘nice to win’ match, as against a ‘must win’, make no mistake this was a vital three points in the Lions’ battle to stay in the Championship.

Vital more for the squad’s confidence, as much as any major change in league position. Make no mistake, West Bromwich Albion are a quality side, placed fourth in the table for good reason. So Millwall’s shut out was a huge performance today - yes I know we rode our luck with the penalty miss ...

A big thank you to Tony Munday for taking time out to give his analysis of one of (if not the) best Millwall performances of the season.
