"Not My King?"

Can you respectfully mourn the passing of the Queen whilst still opposing the institution she represented?

 

These are questions posed by the reaction of the police in different parts of the UK to those who wanted to counter the Royalist narrative being pumped out by most mainstream media. A woman was arrested for holding up an anti monarchist in Edinburgh during the Royal Proclamation; likewise and man in Oxford.

 

Adrian Goldberg hears from barrister Paul Powlesland, who was threatened with arrest outside Parliament after holding up a blank sign in protest at the accession of Charles III.
