Business as UNusual
The Power of Ethics in Business with Dror Yaron
Business as UNusual, is a series produced by BiCurean Consulting. We present Entrepreneurs, Innovators, CEOs, & Founders who are innovating the way we do business. This episode we are chatting with Dror Yaron the Ethics Coach.
Dror is an ethics coach who helps people navigate the shortcomings of the current system. They understand the struggle of starting a business and the importance of aligning it with one's values. Recognizing the need for collaboration, Dror reached out to other coaching practices from the beginning and believes that there is more to gain from working together rather than competing. They value the power of multiple perspectives and believe it provides more options for their audience. Dror's journey started in high school, where they were inspired by teachers who emphasized appreciating every moment and questioning power. After a squiggly career path that included journalism and photography, they found themselves teaching art and robotics, working with teachers to align their goals and values with the tools they used. Now, Dror also works with startup founders, helping them navigate ethical challenges and make better decisions.
