#29 Developing a Reflective Practise without Judgement
Description:
All too often as entrepreneurs, we forget to recognise what we’ve done well because we’re too busy beating ourselves up for what didn’t quite go to plan.
I’m a big fan of reflective practice, as long as we don’t become judgemental. Reflect for long enough to take the lessons and learn, and not so long that you start nit-picking the small stuff and getting down on yourself.
Instead, reflect, refine and repeat….
