Festive Preview Part 2 - Season 23/24, Episode 26

A Nightmare Before Christmas against Cheltenham, followed by a Boxing Day Stalemate on the seaside at Fleetwood - not a great few days for the Blues as they drop to the bottom of League One, but with the January transfer window set to open, are things about to get better for Simmo's boys?

In this week's episode of The Brunton Bugle, Lee is joined again by Adam Tiffen (@adamtiffen18 on Twitter) to review the 1-0 home loss to Cheltenham and 1-1 draw at Fleetwood - plenty of discussion about how United drag themselves out of trouble and the on-going problems in the goalkeeper position this season.

That's followed by a look ahead to the final two fixtures of the festive period - a trip to Greater Manchester to renew rivalries with Wigan Athletic, followed by a New Year's Day clash with Port Vale at Brunton Park. We speak to Barry from the excellent Progress with Unity podcast about how the Latics are getting on this season and take a little walk down memory lane to reminisce about the great battles the two sides had in the 1990s.

No news or Ex-Blues update in this episode - they'll return next week!
