So the wait is over - United have finally announced a replacement for Chris Beech, and it's former Bristol City boss Keith Millen who will take over the reins at Brunton Park on an 18-month deal!

In this special episode, we take a look at the recruitment process that led to Millen's appointment (and some of the names that fell on the wayside), a bit of Millen's background, our initial thoughts on this appointment and discuss some of the pro and cons of him taking on the role.
