The power of LOVE in all it's versions, DIY pap smears, and navigating the stages of motherhood

It's episode 47! We can't believe that we have made so many shows, and met so many people this year, and this ep is no exception. Feminist, author and broadcaster Clementine Ford joins us to talk about her new book How we love, and the experience of writing it and reflecting on the kinds of love that exist and how when we experience them, none is more important that the other.

We then talk with Dr Kathleen McNamee and disover that pap smears are now going to be available to DIY! Which means, that dread and embarrassment of the proceedure is in the bin and more lives will be saved as many women and trans people who might have avoided the traditional trip to the dr for the test can now have access to it. AMAZING!

And with Bianca Chatfield pregnant with her first baby, Jo about to send her baby off to high school and Kerri Sackville's son leaving home, we have a beautiful discussion on the stages of life and how as a parent you can try to navigate them for you and your child's sake!

Oh and we only have a few days left so If you're not across our crowd funding campaign which is running over October and November check it out here and help us to create the Broad Radio app!
