Pop Up show 5 - Slumber party!

Welcome to the first of our Broad Radio (on the go) pop up shows!

For a Women's Health week we partnered with Jean Hailes for women's health,(they know their stuff!) and over the 5 days, covered off areas that are vital for healthy women!

This 5th episode is about the importance of sleep, so join Jo Stanley and Shelley Ware as they talk to Moira Junge from the Sleep Health Foundation. Moira specialises in treating sleep disorders without medication, and is passionate about promoting sleep health through research, education and advocacy and has some amazing ideas to help us all to get the rest we need.

Moira has advice around getting a good night sleep, why it's important to have a routine, and to get up out of bed and reset on those sleepless nights.

We also discover why covid has given some people more time for sleep, while other's struggle to get enough, and we find out why sleep is as important as food, air and exercise.
