Sammy Monsour - LA's Preux & Proper and South City Fried Chicken

Today we had the honor of talking to our friend Sammy Monsour. He’s a decorated executive chef, business owner and activist. 


With two successful restaurants in LA, Preux & Proper and South City Fried Chicken, we’re checking in with Sammy to hear how his restaurants are doing in the middle of this global pandemic.


Sammy also talks about the problems with the restaurant industry that existed before the pandemic, what will hinder it from bouncing back, and why buying better eggs is big step towards supporting a smarter food chain.
