Ruth gives some sage advice on why a lot of us maybe be feeling increased anxiety as we enter this new stage of lockdown and tips to help us adjust and accept.


As the Ladies explain this area of wellbeing goes a lot deeper than a few nice "instagram-able" quotes on staying positive, explaining it's more about learning to sit with our emotions and learning to accept both the dark and the light.
