And Harriet, Emma and Natalie are exploring what gaslighting in the work place is and what the signs are, Natalie shares her recent experience of being undermined in the work place. The ladies get the option of Alex Holder a journalist who wrote an article introducing the concept.


And Harriet asks is this term a bit too harsh for a work environment, considering it's strongly linked to abusive relationships? Alex gives some tips if you think you might be a victim of gaslighting at work.
