Meet two women who are changing the way that things are done... in two completely different sectors.


Margret Heffernan is a businesswomen and author with some interesting views to share.


Margret's new book "Unchartered" is looking at how accurate finical forecasting is, and how leadership can be changed to better business large and small.


When we see large companies release their “10 year plan” Margret says that a lot of this is propaganda “Just trying to eat our minds” hear why!


Margret, Harriet, Emma and Amanda analyse what factors really made a leader successful and how historically we have based leadership skills on male norms. The ladies discuss how we can make leadership more feminine and how this would change things?


Sairish Hussain Is a Phd student and first time author, she has written the first multi generational fiction about a Muslim family, "Family Tree" she has had brilliant success with the novel which she started to write during her Masters qualification.


Sairish explains to Harriet, Emma and Amanda why more Muslim writers need to be published and the issues that writers of colour experience, and offers some wonderful advice to encourage other young writers.
