So where do we go from here? Over the last 28 days, we have worked on awareness, unlearning and ways to turn this moment into a sustainable movement.

The combined reach of the #LetsTalkBias challenge on the 8 platforms it has been run is over 650,000.

In order to continue the conversation, I’m launching the UYD Collective. This is a collective for those who want to embark on a journey that will dismantle the systems of oppression around us. We will cry, laugh, make mistakes and support each other but more importantly, we will learn how to use our differences to make a difference. Benefits of being in this collective include access to courses, content, scripts, webinars, digital downloads, templates, infographics, checklists, exclusive tips, advice and best practices aimed at improving cultural competency and cross-cultural communication skills. Members will also be able to learn together and from each other.

I will also be turning the videos into a course which will be launching at the end of July.
