Matt Gielen is the Founder of Little Monster, a digital consultancy that helps brands and media companies grow online audiences and promote video content. As the former VP of Programming & Audience Development at Frederator Networks, Matt led content strategy and audience growth initiatives for the animation MCN’s O&O channels and creator network. Prior to Frederator, Matt produced and self-distributed a feature film with his brother and was an early employee at Driver Digital.
