We're back and at over 200 episodes in, it feels reasonable return as season 2.

How've you all been? Did you miss us?

This episode is a life catch up to bring you up to speed on what we've been up to whilst we were away. TLDR version: Lots of open for inspections and house related things.

We realise that the sound is less than fabulous - very sorry! We're in a new 'studio' which you'll hear all about in this ep, and hadn't quite dialled in the mic's appropriately.
