Are You Aware of What You're Actually Thinking?
Emotions are tricky. They can make us do things we wouldn't normally do. Why? Because often times we simply react instead of taking the time to respond. When you react, your past habits and your subconscious programming comes thru. When you respond, you take a moment to evaluate the situation , think about why you are feeling the way you feel, then make a conscious decision. When you become aware of your thoughts and feelings you have power over them.
Keep your thoughts on target with your goals and dreams and do not let others tamper with them at all. Stay on your defined path towards your goal and let no one derail you.
