82. Americano

The guys try a popular Italian aperitif first served in creator Gaspare Campari's bar, Caffè Campari, in the 1860s.


AMERICANO RECIPE

  • 1oz/30ml Bitter Campari
  • 1oz/30ml Sweet Red Vermouth
  • splash of Soda Water


Mix Campari and vermouth in an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add a splash of soda water. Stir gently. Garnish with half orange slice and a lemon zest.
