Rebecca is an Indianapolis native and studied Art/Visual Communications at the Historically Black College North Carolina Central University. Her background includes art history, photography, film, fashion design, and graphic design. Rebecca's artwork was also featured by the National Endowment For The Arts in the state of Indiana & The Arts Council of Indianapolis.
