this week we head to Band of Brothers to talk with Big J BBQ about there amazing business. We got to sample some of the food and let me tell you the ribs where out of this world. Jason and Heather treated us to a cheese cake cone that was the easiest dessert to eat while tasting like it would come from a fancy place. Over all this is a great way to start out the season and learn about what it takes to run a BBQ catering business in the great state of Alaska.
